Adrian Reece is a doctoral student studying Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University. Adrian is a founding member of the Claremont Accenture Talent Innovation Lab (CATI Lab) that helps Accenture’s Global Team with the initial design and development of performance and selection assessments. He has consulted for the manufacturing, non-profit, and software services industries and acts as the Principal Statistical Consultant for the Prodoscore Research Council. He applies psychological principles, statistics, and machine learning to uncover and inform people-related decision making in the workplace. By leveraging mixed methodologies and natural language processing, he explores indicators of employee experiences and behavioral proclivities to develop models that help translate insights into actionable recommendations. He strives to use data science to discover aspects of lived human experiences that can be captured and estimated to ultimately promote employee equity and wellbeing.
