We support DE&I efforts through teaching and cultivating cultural humility in teams. Cultural humility is a person’s capacity to assume and maintain an interpersonal stance where they are open, curious and humble to another person's cultural identity. Through our evidence based tools in cultural humility we help teams feel deeper connections, inclusion and belonging.
