Sam Shapiro

BACKGROUND

Sam brings over two decades of broad legal and operational experience to CEC. In addition to overseeing the operations of the company, Sam oversees and manages all its legal matters, providing legal, compliance and risk management advice across the organization.

Sam also serves the legal community, serving as President of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. When he is not working, he enjoys spending his free time with his family, doing CrossFit, skiing, and wakeboarding.
