THE LOV CENTER:
OUR RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Through our Leader and Organization Vitality Center (LOV Center), we bridge the gap between academic research and the business world by leveraging the expertise of top researchers and scientists to educate organizations and create custom vitality leadership programs for leaders, teams and organizations by collecting, analyzing, measuring, and evaluating data.

Our goal is to make thought leadership and cutting-edge research easily accessible to organizations and provide more opportunities for applied research. We hope to continue to help elevate organizations through bringing the academic rigor of research and evaluation into more organizations across the globe.

RESEARCH

In partnership with Claremont University’s Leader and Organization Vitality Lab (LOV Lab), we provide organizations the ability to do internal research with academic standards and the opportunity to help drive research agendas for the future of work. We provide organizations access to the most current research and validated scales. Learn more about the LOV Lab here.

EDUCATION

We provide opportunities to hear directly from thought leaders around the world about the science behind leadership, human thriving, executive coaching, connected teams, and positive organizational cultures.

MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION

We partner directly with the Claremont Evaluation Center (CEC) and The Evaluators Institute (TEI) to provide tailored, state-of-the art measurement, monitoring, and evaluation services for all the LOV Center projects to help make them as successful as possible, and to make sure their impact is rigorously documented.
