BACKGROUND

Victoria brings over 20 years’ experience as an enterprise leader, trusted adviser, coach, consultant, and catalyst for activating the brilliance in humans so they can bring their best selves to their role. This is fueled by leadership and the ripple effect that humanistic leadership has on others to achieve greatness. 

Victoria’s superpower is the creation of a holistic employee experience where humans feel connected, fulfilled, equipped and have fun doing what they do best. As a Chief of People and Culture Officer, she and her team achieved above 90% favorability and 51% eNPS for four consecutive years. Victoria is the creator of the Human Work Experience (HWX).  She takes a ‘The brochure must match the resort’ approach when elevating the employee experience, unlike anything employees have experienced before. When this happens, it increases retention and influences a phenomenal customer experience.

APPROACH + PHILOSOPHY 

Victoria’s approach to humanistic leadership is to first dive deep into Type preference and life experiences that shape who we are and desire to be. Our life experiences significantly shape how we lead and desire to lead. She has extensive experience coaching C-Suite executives who wish to lead from within. These leaders desire and choose to create and nurture a culture of connectedness, the hiring and retention of talent that fights for each others’ success, and actively supports the conditions for empowerment, autonomy, and accountability that yields epic results.
