BACKGROUND

Redia  Anderson is a nationally recognized senior executive with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Inclusion Management. Redia has successfully led and engaged organizations in enterprise-wide change efforts focused on the development, advancement, and retention of top-performing talent. In previous corporate roles, Redia served as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of BP plc and CDIO for Deloitte.    

As a leader in the field of change management and Inclusion & Diversity management, Redia is the Managing Partner of Anderson People Strategies, LLC. She’s worked closely and coached senior executives and leaders at Deloitte, Shell, PwC, Mary Kay, AT&T, Asurion, University of Houston, ExxonMobil, Google, Sound Physicians, and Seattle Children’s Hospital to name a few organizations. Redia is an outcome-focused executive coach who enjoys engaging highly talented leaders in positive behavioral shifts which tightly align talent, performance, and business results. Redia has helped many executives gain greater insight into their strengths, learning edges, and skills that impact their ability to succeed in driving global business results.  

Redia is a PCC certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation and a member of the Hudson Institute of Coaching Leadership Team. Redia is a certified Coach Supervisor through the Coaching Supervision Academy, UK. She is the author of Trailblazers: How Top Business Leaders Are Accelerating Results through Inclusion and Diversity and is based in Houston, Texas.

Redia’s coaching work is informed by partnering with her clients in deep exploration, reflection, intention, and synthesis. Redia guides her clients to explore more about themselves with curiosity, courage, support, and authenticity.

Redia partners with clients through calm connection, empathy, and direct communication using proven coaching processes, experiences, and at times intuition which may facilitate the client’s learning journey of their desired behavioral shifts and desired results. She believes that we are each uniquely resourced and knowledgeable about who we are and our strengths which can be leveraged and optimized as we strive to become even better versions of who we are today and how we want to show up going forward.
