BACKGROUND
Darrah is a 5-time founder, author, and coach. After being persuaded by her first clients to work with them (which resulted in transformational shifts in their lives and work) she couldn't deny the power of this work and continued to serve.
After spending 10 years over-working and burning out while building a credit card processing company into 38 states and a networking events company for over 30,000 people (which she later sold), she learned the wrong way to do it, and then discovered that there was a better way.
A prolific writer and interviewer, she's worked with Shaq, Deepak Chopra, Seth Godin, Adam Grant, Robert Herjavec, Cam Newton, and the list goes on. She's worked with companies like FedEx, Chase, and Visa and upon invitation, brought her work to the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos.
Her mission is to connect people to the resources they need to elevate what they do.
Her motto, “Design your life, build a career to fund it, and a network to support it" has inspired millions to reach higher and dream bigger.
APPROACH + PHILOSOPHY
"It's lonely at the top" is a cliche for a reason. As a seasoned executive herself, founding, running, and exiting her businesses, she brings a unique lens of experience coupled with a rich legacy from the clients she's supported. Darrah sees coaching as an intuitive dance between two people where at times you lead, and at other times she does, and she's masterful at cultivating an environment where you develop the trust and rapport to do both, quickly.
