BACKGROUND

Misty Reich is an international leadership advisor, board member and entrepreneur with deep expertise in Human Resources, Leadership Impact and Global Retail Management. Having spent more than 20 years as a corporate executive for two global Fortune 500 brands, working across 123 countries, she’s left a legacy of global C-Suite executives who credit her as the leader who recognized their talent early in their careers and invested in their growth and progression. Being in this same position once herself, she knows first-hand the challenges and complexities that rising into a C-Suite role brings, and understands how incredibly important it is for corporate leaders to have trusted coaches and advisors to facilitate their growth and support the culture and effectiveness of organizations at large. 

Misty has spent the past six years as a coach and advisor to C-Suite leaders who are committed to making an impact through the lives of the teams and organizations they lead. Alongside this work, she’s also the founder and CEO of 35 Thousand, a global luxury travel skincare and lifestyle brand aimed at helping busy professionals travel light without compromising the health of their skin.

Misty often describes her work as ”coachsulting”: a pragmatic, business-centric, learn via doing approach that supports leaders by using real-time business issues to further develop their mindset and ways of working. She focuses on helping leaders feel empowered and equipped to manage work, people, and complex situations in new ways and to lead with greater impact.

The constant through line in all of Misty’s work is the desire to help leaders travel more beautifully and with greater ease through their careers and lives.
