BACKGROUND

Suzanne Levy brings 25 years of profound understanding of human dynamics to her clients.  She was inspired to elevate people’s work experience after observing a lack of empathy and self-awareness from leaders early in her career.  Suzanne has extensive experience working with leaders, across multiple industries and functions, which enables her to quickly assess situations and offer practical solutions based on exposure to a wide variety of circumstances.

Prior to her coaching journey, Suzanne held roles at The Walt Disney Co., HBO, and Ammirati & Puris.

APPROACH + PHILOSOPHY

Suzanne coaches leaders to become bold and extraordinary.  She focuses on who clients want to be which then naturally informs them what to do.  Her coaching is not for the faint of heart and she has been called the ‘velvet hammer’, a combination of support and straight talk.  Clients often comment that they feel truly seen. As an associate, Suzanne builds instant trust with clients, allowing them to go deep quickly, identifies derailing behaviors and beliefs, and supports clients to create transformational sustainable change within themselves and for others.  Courage, vulnerability, and ownership are core to leadership, Suzanne coaches leaders on how to fulfill the role as well as be fulfilled.  

Suzanne is a results-focused coach with great compassion, optimism, and humor. She helps leaders and their teams raise their level of performance… not just change behavior.  She appreciates clients who want to be challenged and believes everyone has far more strength and knowledge within than they realize.
