BACKGROUND

Joanne Miller has over 25 years of experience in leadership development. Joanne spent 10 years at General Electric, running one of their premier global, executive leadership programs. During this time, Joanne developed a reputation as the “go-to” person for the Senior Leadership team when they had a need for any solution around inspirational leadership – presenting, influencing, team communications, storytelling, communicating change, and executive presence.

Before GE, Joanne worked at a consulting company in New York City where her primary responsibility was developing communication strategies and implementation plans for various Fortune 100 clients. During this time, Joanne developed expertise in Executive Presentation skills and has excelled in providing private coaching to many senior executives in this discipline. As a consultant, she worked in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, entertainment, finance, oil, and hospitality.
