Kanchan Prinsloo

  • Executive Leadership Coach

  • 25+ years leadership experience

BACKGROUND

Kanchan Prinsloo is C-Suite, Executive coach facilitator and speaker committed to both Women of Culture™ * leaders and those that lead them.

Kanchan has 25+ years lived experience of leading high performing teams in large global enterprises, receiving promotions and acknowledgement while being pivotal in positive organizational changes. While simultaneously, she has felt limited and alone. She’s supported others more than herself. She’s trusted others more than herself. And has felt the quiet frustration of leading while being unseen.

The last 10 years, as an executive coach she draws on her strengths for leadership and coaching skills which include using her innate curiosity and ability to build trust to ask bold questions of her clients.  Her commitment is designed to serve marginalized leaders within organizations.  Her focus is specific to gender and ethnically diverse leaders.  The work builds on the inherent strengths and talents of the leaders to increase their leadership capacity.  Her gift is helping leaders own their personal power in support of a robust organizational culture of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

*A woman of culture is a leader whose heritage is not seen within the dominant culture.

APPROACH + PHILOSOPHY
